Chart analysis involves several key factors to assess the potential success of a project based on historical data and current chart patterns. It analyzes:
AI-Trained Chart Compression: The AI analyzes historical successful launches, examining chart structures to identify any similar patterns or signs in the current chart. This comparison helps detect potential positive indicators.
Volume-Weighted Indicators: The analysis checks various indicators to identify any positive signals in trading volume. High or increasing volume can often indicate strong investor interest and future price movements.
Breakout and Consolidation: The chart is analyzed to identify past breakout points or consolidation phases. If similar patterns emerge, it could suggest that the project is preparing for a breakout, which could be a good sign for future growth as on-chain volume increases.
Trend Analysis: This evaluates whether the chart shows an upward, downward, or non-trending pattern. Recognizing established trends helps predict the likely direction of the price movement.
Resistance and Support Levels: The analysis checks if the price has previously hit significant resistance or support levels and how it reacted. Consistent support and resistance patterns are good indicators of a solid chart structure.
AI-Trained Pattern Recognition: Using AI, the chart is scanned for bullish or bearish candle patterns. These patterns are then compared to those seen in successfully launched tokens, allowing the AI to identify patterns that could indicate future price movements.
Fake Volume Detection: The analysis identifies any suspicious volume activity, such as fake buy or sell orders designed to make the chart appear healthier. This helps ensure the volume is authentic and not manipulated.
On-Balance Volume (OBV): The OBV is checked to see if the volume is stable and increasing, which indicates strong market interest and a bright future for the chart.
